Well said Terry,couldn't agree more...where is the consideration for other road users? All too lacking these days... There have been recent studies that suggest that yacking on your mobile phone whilst driving is more dangerous to other road users than driving at or slightly above the legal limit for alchohol consumption....let alone the FWs that DIAL whilst driving!That really sh*ts me...

Normally I despise any new legislation but here is a case where I'd welcome the introduction of penalties on par with drink driving. (yes I too own a mob.ph but it's only for emergencies or when away from civilization)
