I've got a 24 foot pontoon boat that is nine feet wide (enough to drop a Westy body down in between the pontoons). That would leave enough room for a front patio. It needs considerable repair involving everything above the deck other than the motor stand and fuel tank. The pontoons are more than adequate to support a Westy (less the engine/drive and front suspension). Since it already has a 180 horse power Mercury engine it seems to be a practical way to get those much needed extra horses. Anybody got a Westy they want to contribute? I saw one of these in a magazine but couldn't say which Mag or When.
