I purchased Agilis 51's about a month ago. The tire dealer inflated them to 36 psi f&r, and the van drove beautifully. But I have read so much on this list about tire pressures needing to be 40-50 psi, that I decided to give that a try. I started with 44 psi f, and 48 psi r, and the van was very skittish on the freeway. The ride quality was also terrible, as every bump jarred the van horribly. Handling and ride quality improved as I lowered pressure. I am now back down to 36 psi, and enjoying the ride much more. Tom LaLanne '86 Subie Westy |
