I have some kind of outlet or accessory plug, or something, on the dash of my '82 Westy. What I see is a round metal (aluminum probably, maybe stainless) collar, with a hole. The hole is approx. 1/4" in diameter. This is mounted in the dash directly above the "TEMP" knob for the aux. gas heater. At the bottom of the hole is some strange kind of socket. No, this is not a lighter-type hole, smaller than that. The strange socket looks like maybe it holds a type of lightbulb I've never seen, but a very small one if that's what it is. Any clues what this is? or what it's for? If I have a chance I'll get a jpeg. James M. Piotrowski |
