My wife's '92 Jetta had the heater core replace last year. One year later we can still smell anti-freeze when the heat is turned on. The mechanic checked it out and said there were no leaks and that the smell was residual anti-freeze still hanging around. Is there any way to get rid of this? The smell is unbearable and we will be forced to sell the car if we can't fix this this. Thanks, Bryan |
