James, I cut the plywood and bolted down two tracks to mount it on. The tracks went clear across the carpet floor to the cabinet. I did it in a real hurry and have never put the outer pieces of trim back on. The bolt holes are already in the floor, so you need to cut carefully to line up with these. Does anyone have experience with mounting the 5th seat in an 84 Westy? This is the large brown seat that swivels with the storage locker. Specifically, do I need special hardware like the rails to mount it next to the sliding door? Do I need to cut the plywood and is so do you have dimensions? What bolts work best to fasten? I have partially looked under the plywood to see what look like mounting points, just not sure how the rails fit into the equation. Thanks in advance for your reply. Jim Wetzel |
