Replace the existing wire from relay to horn with a heavier gauge, at least 14 or maybe 12. Wire them in parallel. I.e. all the hot wires to the big one from the relay. I think those things get their ground from their mount to the frame, but if they don't, I'd use the aluminum strip and make sure it has a solid connection to frame. Intriging idea.
