I do not post often because I have little to offer in terms of mechanical knowledge, but I feel compelled to respond to this post. I agree that we sometimes get carried away with posts of a humorous nature; however, I do not believe that any list member has the right to suggest cancelling a thread because the topic addresses what he/she considers a trivial amount of money. I do not have an abundance of discretionary funds and resent someone suggesting that a topic should be discontinued because it does not involve an amount that is insignificant to him/her.
