Dude what an A-hole. This is why we should all have cameras ready to use, in case we have to go to court becouse someone is trying to pass the blame. Its good your Police Officer knows how to read accident damage, otherwise its just your word against the A-holes word in time and tax dollar wasting court.

Good Luck
