I respect your concern for the environment. The lake patrol that sits idling in their 165 HP patrol boat all day pollutes 400000 times as much as my one bath with Dial soap will do. I've done some reading on water purifiers for outback campers and the list of pollutants is lengthy. I would agree that soap might be a problem pollutant if everybody in New Your City bathed each day in Central Park Lake but compared to the swimmers and water skiers that urinate in the lake ...... I'd say don't feel guilty for bathing in the lake.
