Thanks to everyone who responded on this issue. The instructions below worked like a charm, and the code was indeed 1111.

I have to say that this list has been absolutely the most informative and helpful I have ever been a part of.

Looking forward to the long weekend in my Vanagon, especially now that I have tunes and NPR back!!! Hope you all enjoy yours.
