I find the hose/city water hook up handy when we do a thorough clean-out of the Westy. I hook up hose, lay the hose in the sunshine, and have warm water for wiping down cupboards, cabinets, etc. Plus you have all the water you could want without running the pump/filling the tank.

As I wrote in a message to Terry, I have only once had a need to use city water hookup as it is not the kind of camping that I tend to do, but perhaps I have forgotten how I did that the once...it was many years ago!
