I went ahead and installed it with the old OEM end link bushings and the PST Eurethane "D"shaped bushings. I made a 2 hour job into a half day job again and Im still not sure if I did it right. PST instructions have no illustrations to go by and I could not find any end link bushings at Napa and a bunch of other auto parts stores. Heres the pic:

Check out the strange gap thats a little less than 1/4" Its between the jam nut and the end link bushing. Overall I really like this sway bar...even though i had to drill out 3/4" inch holes into the swaybar's ends in order to allow the supplied 3/4" bolts to fit the bar's holes!(a factory defect that could not be replaced for a month since PST is out of stock of the Vanagon bars)

If you did this install allready please tell me if mine looks OK.
