This is just speculation and it goes back to the subject of windage trays. Possibly your crankcase is slightly overfilled and the crank/rod assembly is slinging additional oil as the level gets closer to the moving parts because of the slighyt incline change.(oil fan thoery). This could be causing foaming of the oil and just your temporary low pressure reading. (This is a serious reply fellows, so don't spray that coffee all over your keyboard).
