My van is ten years older than yous and alreaaady has a swivel. But if its the same here is what you do:

1) Use the regular fore aft ajuster to move the seat all the way forward.

2) There is a little black clip on the side that you have to undo at the same time you hold open the for aft adjustment lever

3) The seet should now slide all the way forward.
