I'd at least call them and try to get some satisfaction by calling them *rat finks* or something. Other than that just try to get a qualified shop to do the necessary work. A local firestone store fouled up just installing a set of spark plug wires on my 92 Ford Crown Vic, they simply stretched one wire so bad it separated the carbon fiber wire. How the hell can you do that? They managed ........ they installed a new wireset.
