William........... the cheapest way to go is the S&S Header System and if you don't have to deal with Emissions Inspections then this is probably what you should buy. As far as ceramic coating, don't waste your money the weakest link is one tiny pinhole that rots out. If you've got to have a Federal System to pass inspections then I can help with some of the obsolete no longer available parts.
