Tackling a FAQ is a near impossible job. You certainly can't use the misinformation in the archives and the half right Bentley isn't a good source. You've been on the list for a while so just search the archives for those list members that you respect, you'll find the info you want. I've been her for about a year and I'd speculate that almost ever subject has been covered in the past. I'm not a very fast typist and I've developed several pages that I feel are helpful for Newbies and put them on my website, saves me the typing trouble and after a while they finally get complete as I ammend them. Many list members have very informative web sites and just reply briefly and offer a link. I think the brief reply and the link process works very well.
