I'd check with Boston Bob, who's spoken of very highly on this list, on a whole new engine (www.bostonengine.com) or even take a peek at the www.fastgermanauto.com to compare prices on rebuilt 2.1L WBX engines. Add the cost of shipping and installation to that I think you may have a very appealing alternative to just replacing the heads.
