Scary... I was a Mac guy for many years, then got a PC job when Win95 came out, and went whole hog.... got my MCSE (when it still mostly meant something), and have about a zillion dead PCs in the basement. Maybe TWO zillion- you can track memory, disk, and video card history by going further into the pile. Not 3 months went by that I didn't have something new to play with. Then I stayed home when my son was born... and went back to Macs. In 18 months, I haven't done anything to that Mac but add RAM, but I've played with a Corrado, a Passat, and a 16V Bunny, and resurrected a Scirocco, a Jetta, and now I'm working on a Syncro. Why didn't anyone tell me what fun Vanagons were sooner?!? That thing has taken the place of a4WD Ranger, a Passat wagon, a grocery-getter Jetta, AND made us get out and enjoy camping again. This may be the last vehicle I ever own! But I have a problem- I'd like to upgrade the Mac's video card... but I also have an engine to swap into the Van!
