Well here is a real good story---- Just got off the phone with Mike "I'm Lost" Miller, and he is north bound on I-65 somewhere around Terra Haute Indiana, en route to the Windy--- It seems he is having some front suspension problems, that are causing his front tires to prematurely wear on the inside--- He claims / thinks that hs front shocks are too short, limiting his front end from fully swinging the total travel required, and wearing out his tires on the inside---he has Boge shocks on the Van-- I called my buddy at VW, and told him to get me a pair of front shocks---from anywhere--I don't care what they are, or who makes them----just get something--- I got a call back from him in 10 minutes, and oems are on the way--I'll have them by noon today--- Guess what I'm doing in the morning--- I hope Miller can hum dixie, as I'm replacing his shocks-----:>0 Benny--why couldn't you keep this wild man home, in the land of kumquats and pistachios? He ain't right !!!! I never heard of shocks limiting the travel of a front end---espeially when he just replaced the shocks ---- Maybe they froze up or something---(?) I'll find out in the morning----I'm sure--
