For any Alberta members feeling like a bit of a cruise this weekend...

Sunday June 2nd.

Calgary's Club Vee-Dub and Edmonton's Air Riders are holding the 5th Annual Fahrfromhome. This kick off to the summer season is when the Edmonton guys cruise down, and the Calgary guys cruise up and we meet in the middle. This year we are having our show in Sylvan Lake. All in all there's about 100 cars that come - both vintage and new, and it's just an informal gathering of people to check out each other's car and see what people have been up to for the winter. There are door prizes and goofy contests.

I'll be there with my 87 Syncro that is for sale. I hope to see some other Vanagon appreciators there!

You can email me for more info if you need. vanagon_syncro@telusplanet.net
