I have Yoko "Super Van 356" 185R-14 load "D" 65PSI and
they work great for me but I think that extra hard
tires(65PSI) tend to put more stress on the suspension
parts and therefor transfer more energy to your
steering column, trailing arms, shocks, bushings
etc... When I installed these, the 1st thing I noticed
was how easily these hard tires turn when driving over
10 MPH. Its becouse they  absorb very little friction.
I also feel EVERY little crack in the road now, and Im
worried about this so Im replaceing ALL my bushings
and going to Bilstein shocks, I hope doing this helps
as I LOVE these tires and I dont mind the harsh ride.
The hardness of the tire also makes my steering
"skate" left or right a little, but thats becouse the
tire makes my steering more responsive/sensative

So i think your supension could use some
adjustment/alignment, but Im no mechanic.
