Digitool users,

Here is what is going on with my 88 .......Erratic idle...hunting......conking out when coming to a stop sign and difficult to restart........sometimes stepping on the pedal kills it and some times it lurches..............

any way here are the numbers. First ones are at cold start.

temp1= .96V temp2=.88V oxygenis jumping around a lot. between -.05V to +.58V AFM ai bouncing between 1.45 and 1.53

warmed up (it is a miracle it stayed running this long)

temp1= .96V temp2= .19v-.23v oxygen= all over the place -.13V to +.63 afm= 1.41 to 1.48

This got me thinking.............maybe bad catalytic converter?

Also, there is a red alligator clip wire out of the digitool what is it for?
