Not an expert by any means, but here are my comments:

O2 sensor reading is normal unless at full throttle - the lambda circuit is constantly adjusting the mixture to keep it in balance. "tweak -->feedback-->overcorrect-->feedback--tweak-->repeat" Normal values are from 0 to .60v as I recall.

If your Temp1 sensor is reading the same warm as it is cold, I would say that is a potential problem.

AFM seems to be OK, though you would have to run around in different throttle positions to be sure.

I would look at the idle control unit located behind the right tail light. There are test procedures you can find in the archives and also in the Bentley (sorry - don't remember them off the top of my head)
