I have used PeopleFirst.com in the past, and they have very good rates, and
will finance just about anything so long as blue book supports the value.
They act as a escrow of sorts--you receive a blank check from People First,
then you and the seller go to a Mailboxes, Etc., and fax in all the
paperwork, and the notary at Mailboxes does all the work necessary.  You
write the check to the seller for the required amount, and the loan starts
from that day.  If you don't buy, you just tear up the check.  Last time I
used them the rate was 6.99%.
