Just called Speedway Motors here in Victoria.

(They don't have the best reputation so take following with grain of salt)

Parts guy said that they had only 2 vehicles in with the charger (April 30 shipment), one production run (sic) only.

Sold with the vehicle and "part # no good" (sic) and not available separately.
