<html><div style='background-color:'><DIV> <P>To avoid needing to shower and shampoo too often: </P> <P>drink olive oil (one or tablespoons worth, I drink it from the bottle), have green grass (like wheat grass and barley - I use Jarrows Green Defense -&nbsp;don't like alfalfa too much cause it has something in it associated with Lupus), have EFA's (essential fatty acids like EPA&nbsp;DHA from fish oil or else Flax Oil which needs refrigoration), and take a probiotic (I use Jarrow's which&nbsp;is a mix and doesn't need refrigerating). For the&nbsp;fish oil I like Nordic Naturals, Source Naturals is good too.&nbsp;Better if the oil has gone through multiple stages of&nbsp;distillation, and that its packaged with antioxidants. Olive oil can be tricky. You're never really sure how old it is when you look at the bottle. Expiration dates can be misleading because of&nbsp;loopholes&nbsp;in the&nbsp;laws of&nbsp;other countries.&nbsp; And it should be unfiltered. Bariani is&nbsp;a good bet. Grown in&nbsp;Sacramento by an Italian Family they give you&nbsp;both the harvest date and the bottle date. Of course there are other species of olive trees in the not available in california, like Koroneiki et et which are actually better for making oil. Finding a reliable source over here is the problem. <BR><BR></P></DIV> <DIV></DIV> <DIV></DIV>&gt;From: Bill Kasper <DRAGONLIST@IPMTS.UCSC.EDU> <DIV></DIV>&gt;Reply-To: Bill Kasper <DRAGONLIST@IPMTS.UCSC.EDU> <DIV></DIV>&gt;To: vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM <DIV></DIV>&gt;Subject: Re: Living in a van <DIV></DIV>&gt;Date: Thu, 23 May 2002 13:30:31 -0700 <DIV></DIV>&gt; <DIV></DIV>&gt;On Thursday, May 23, 2002, at 12:25 , BenTbtstr8@aol.com wrote: <DIV></DIV>&gt;&gt; <DIV></DIV>&gt;&gt;Yeah, man.
