The twelve point socket heads are called Tri-Square and Its best to go buy the driver if you haven't got one. I use a thin bladed screwdriver to pick out the grease, dirt combination then with the Tri-Square driver in a 1/2" or13mm deep socket on an extension I whack the extension holding the driver/socket combination with a hammer. It normally is enough to break the seize on the bolt and it comes out OK after that. Hope this works so you don't have to drill the heads off. Stan Wilder
