Thank you for all your advice I guess the trick is to clean those
suckers really good. I cleaned them with degreaser picked the grease
out and blew it clean with the air nozzle thing and sprayed some bp
liquid wrench stuff on and let it soak over night. Came off like
butter. Thank you for your help I am the kind of person to just barrel
in their and get to work, this just needed some patience.

The twelve point socket heads are called Tri-Square and Its best to go
buy the driver if you haven't got one.
I use a thin bladed screwdriver to pick out the grease, dirt combination
then with the Tri-Square driver in a 1/2" or13mm deep socket on an
extension I whack the extension holding the driver/socket combination
with a hammer. It normally is enough to break the seize on the bolt and
it comes out OK after that.
Hope this works so you don't have to drill the heads off.
