I have no problem paying extra fees if they are justified.
However UPS and Fedex do not readily diosclose these fees to
senders and since they are material (in this case UPS fees
added roughly 50% to the shipping cost, or 25% to the cost of
the item) A fee that high should be disclosed to senders.
