Solange,

Sounds like crud in your tank (unfortunately rusty-crud most probably). Your pump is probably going "south" because of the junk it's been trying to pass. Keep up with the filter changes, carry a spare pump and/or drop the tank and clean/replace it.

Hi there,

I have noticed over the last few days a steady noise coming from my fuel pump. Seems like an electrical problem with the pump motor. I have changed my fuel filter two times over the last month and my technician has noticed that they had gotten very dirty. He showed me and there was a very brownish coloration.

Any idea what's happenig ? do you think my pump will just die while on the road ?

Thanks a lot people.
