Hi, The bleeder valve on my 89 westy is stripped. It appears to be a thin insert molded to the plastic radiator, and I don't know it would be able to be tapped out without breaking lose from the plastic. I've thought about trying to JB Weld a petcock from Kennedy Engineering in place of the bleeder screw, but don't know how well this would work and don't want to put the radiator back in to find out. Is this fixable or should I just get a new one, and where should I get one from? Thanks, Louis Louis Rumanes Salt Lake City, UT |
