Ok, here is my AUD0.02 (~USD0.01) worth....

If we encouraged posters to include a standardised keyword in the subject, delimited to avoid inadvertent triggering, it would be a trivial matter to use mail rules to organise list mail.

As an example, putting [tiico] somewhere in the subject line would enable the end user's mail client to identify, and then place in a folder (or delete, forward etc) all tiico related material.

Obviously, this would only work if we had standardised topics listed somewhere, and they are (mostly) adhered to.

Given the fact that a posting to this list is sent to a LOT of people, I feel it is a small additional burden on the author to adequately categorise their posts.
