Nathan;
        An air pocket in the reservoir or excessive temperature will
cause the blinking light and needle pegging. The next time it happens
check the reservoir for air. There should be NO air. Conversely, to see
if it is overheating, turn on the heaters in the car and see if the
needle returns to normal.
