Jay,

That sounds like a pretty good idea. Where did you get the trickle charger? Are you sure that you don't need to worry about overcharging? I'm still trying to figure out how to handle all my in-vehicle electrical needs.

Oh yea, one other thing: My fridge outlet has only one receptacle. Did you install a duplex receptacle yourself?

I have a 1-amp trickle charger mounted under the sink. Plugs into the extra 110VAC outlet under there (where the fridge is plugged in to). I ran the wires to the always hot fuse behind the driver's seat. Whenever I am plugged in, the 1 amp trickle charger is running. At only 1 amp, I don't have to worry about over-charging.
