I'm reluctant to remove the four screws on the rotating part, because I've heard they're a bitch to get back on properly.

Chris, on the outbound side of each seat is the lever that adjusts the sliding of the seat forward and backward, on the left side of each seat is a small (maybe 3/4") black lever. Use the normal slide adjustment lever and slide the seat all the way forward. Once you hit the maximum forward travel, look along the left edge of the seat for that little lever. It will be contacting a small "finger" on the seat rail. lift that little lever (you might have to slide the seat backwards about 1/8"), so that it goes over the finger on the seat rail, and lift the normal slide lever to slide the seat forward off the rails. Once you get the hang of it, removing the front seats is a 30 second opperation.
