Hi Debra,

Depending on the size of the rip...you could try those iron on patches (like my mom used to use on my jeans as a kid...just when they were starting to look cool too!), it's pretty strong, color match may be an issue if that's important to you though. Or perhaps sewing a canvas patch on both inside and out to patch and strengthen it. The PO of my camper used duct tape on the inside for a small hole which seemed to be a decent short term (ie: on the road) solution, but I should also look into better repairs. (while I save up to buy a new 3 window canvas top!!)
