AFC/Digijet/Digifant are all 2.5 bar (36 psi) higher than Manifold Absolute Pressure. That translates to 36 psi stopped or with vac hose disconnected, about 29 psi idling with hose connected. If you're measuring manifold vacuum, every inch of vacuum should drop your fuel pressure by just under half a pound (0.485 psi) from the original 36.
