Thanks for the quick replies; I see that both regulators are virtually the same. After visiting a few wrecking yards I noticed that Waser Boxers had a full loop fuel system. I used an 85 regulator with the double inlet on my 83 Air Cooled to eliminate a lean burn on #3 cylinder. I installed a similar full loop system on my 83 Air Cooled Westy. It seems to have worked well, I'm getting matching color on the spark plugs now. Before this retrofit I was getting an almost white (metallic) burn on #3 spark plug. This has to be some kind of fix because I made no other changes in 7000 miles.
