Subject:      Tiico engine DEQ certification

For those that have done the Tiico conversion.  Any issues getting the
engine certified by DEQ (mandatory emissions testing)?

I've heard stories where cars (not vanagons) could not be certified because
of an engine and/or ECU swap.
