Is the air hotter than ambient air temperatures? If so, you may want to check your cable adjustments to make sure your water distribution valve is closing off completely. If the air is ambient temperature make sure your air flaps are closing completely. If they are indeed, shut, but air still gets by, you have a more serious problem. The foam which seals the flaps inside of your air distribution box deteriorates with age. Here's a link to a site that should give you an idea of what's involved: http://www.knology.net/~vw/dash/.
