Subject: front heater core valve
Content-Type: text/plain; format=flowed

Just replaced my front heater core valve since I was getting hot air on the highway with the control set to off. It was very easy after I got the top hose clamped off with vice grips, other then crud falling in my eyes. Took it for a test drive and nothing but cool air. I hope to make it to Springfield, MO for the VW show on Saturday, hope to meet some list members there as this is my first attendance at a VW show. As long as my head gasket holds out I will be there.
