In most cases when I ship to Canada I declare that the merchandise is:
#1) Made in Germany
#2) Antique Auto Parts (80 VW Parts)
I've shipped some $350.00 orders without any up charges.
I've always prepaid my shipments and never had a problem.
Now that is from the US to Canada, coming the other way I just don't have
any experience on that.
