Sure, take the dash off -- then it's easy :(

The left nozzle may be reachable through the instrument panel cavity -- probably with panel removed. I have gotten to the right one by (long time ago, details hazy) dismounting the wiper motor or maybe just loosening it (in any case leaving it attached to the linkage) -- I could then just barely work my right arm in to where it needed to be. Arm was slightly bloody afterward, not too bad.
