Didn't make sense to refuse the package, it was another listee that sold me the item and didn't know about UPS's scam. I would probably end up loosing the original $42 shipping and it would still have to get sent back to me... too much trouble. Better to just pay the fee and warn the list (AGAIN). Hopefully it will save someone else from getting burned like me.
