And where are these rules posted or are they made up on the fly, ex post facto? To expect a person to be abiding, he must first know what it is he is to abide. Also, exactly who bought the house?

This list is a forum. If it weren't, it would just be a regurgitation of the Bentley manual for the benefit of those who were failed by the public school industry in this country.
