I'm "only" 5'10'' and I've never had an issue with entering the van. I reach in, grab the far side of the steering wheel with my right hand, put my left foot on the step and pull myself in. As I'm pulling I swing my right foot into place and sit down. I have a 31-inch waist (female listees, take note) so I have lots of room twist and turn. I've thought a grab handle was needed since you do have a steering wheel.

As a side note, I enjoy watching helpless passengers wiggle and squeal as they attemp to enter the front passenger seat for the first time. Ha ha!

Chris,

'85 Westy.
