What's the TII reading exactly?

That O2 reading is too low -- something is wrong with the ECU grounding.

There may be an idle stabilizer problem too, I dunno them except that symptoms can include hunting at idle. The board can have bad contact, or just break. It's forward of the RH taillight.

Is the throttle position switch indicating correctly on the digitool? Does the hunting stop if you give it just enough throttle to kill the TP light?
