Stage One, Revelation; "There is a red light blinking in Elvis (85 GL)", says the wife.

Stage Two, Denial; "Oh God", says the husband.

Stage Three, Realization; Bubbles are filling the coolant reservoir fast and furious.

It was just a matter of time. There are those who would say this vehicle was cursed since day one. Refusing to admit to occult powers at work I steadfastly maintained her and wrote it off as a "learning experience". So another "lesson" is upon me. I have given up on these (1.9L) heads and I am going to try a pair of heads from a 2.1L. But not this weekend. Decided it was more important to take the daughter on a two day canoe trip. So Elvis waits. Say a prayer.
